Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I first bought this as a birthday gift for my cousin's little boy. My son and him enjoyed it so much that my cousin got it for my little boy on his birthday! Who doesn't love to get mail? Very sturdy, and does keep them entertained for more than 5 minutes.

The item was not of good quality. The top where the mail is put in, was broken before it was played with and the lock came off. was not glued very well. I received a replacment and the same thing happened to the lock one this one
