We used this costume for Halloween, a dress up day at music class AND his birthday party since his theme was cars. I found the elastic at the cuffs and ankles invaluable!!! I didn't have to spend time shortening anything and he may even be able to wear it again next halloween!

I got two of these costumes so my twin boys could be the Pit crew to my oldest son being Lightning McQueen. It turned out so cute and everyone loved seeing them. The costumes held up well but are def. more suited for a warmer climate. I don't believe there is enough room to pile on tons of clothing underneath to keep a child warm.
