Return a Product

Product Return Request
All Aboard Toys accepts returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package. We will gladly credit the original credit card, PayPal account, Google account, or issue an All Aboard Toys eGift Card for items returned in new, unused condition.

How to return a product

For customers with an account:
1. Go to the My Account page

2. In the Order History section, find the order for which you want to return a product and click the “Return” link.
3. Follow the instructions to complete the Product Return form.
4. Place the Product Return form inside the box with the item you are returning.

If you did not set up an account when placing your order, please include a copy of your packing slip with the items you are returning. Be sure to include your name, address, and order number with any return and ship to:

Exchanges
All Aboard Toys does not offer direct product exchanges. Instead, first complete the return process above for the original item(s). Then, place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement.

Misship or Incorrect Shipment
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly.

Refusal of Shipments
If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to All Aboard Toys.
