Actor Burt Reynolds narrates this musical sequel to the classic Christmas cartoon, Frosty the Snowman. This time around, Frosty springs to animated life in the gloomy town of Evergreen, where the authoritarian mayor, Mr. Tinkerton, has outlawed all forms of magic. With the help of Tinkerton's sons, Charlie and Tommy, as well as friends Sarah and Walter, Frosty sets out to reawaken the town's belief in magic and wonder despite the foul play of his nefarious nemesis, school principal Hank Pankley.
