When a boy named Sawyer rescues a bottlenose dolphin that is caught in a crab trap off the coast of Florida, Winter the dolphin makes an amazing recovery. Winter loses her tail as a result of the incident but Sawyer and friends at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium put the dolphin on a path to full health. With the help of Dr. Haskett, a prosthetic tail replacement is made that will aid in Winter's miraculous recovery. Follow along in this inspiring Dolphin Tale movie as Winter learns how to swim again.
