He works hard, and expects the young chuggers to do the same. When the trainees get frustrated that they aren't built for the job they are undertaking or get frustrated learning new things, Dunbar encourages them to keep on trying. His helpful advice and upbeat coaching keeps them going. His catch phrase is "Let's get those wheels to the rails!"
